I approach my coaching practice with an unconditional, heartfelt desire to support you, your healing, and your life’s journey. Although I provide coaching virtually, I go above and beyond to ensure you feel supported and comfortable – as if you were sharing coffee with a close confidant.
Step 1 | Pre-Screening – Before being given access to my electronic calendar, you will go through a brief screening process – this is nothing to be scared of, it’s not a job interview! This process is to ensure you are aware of the policies, have appropriate expectations, and – simply put – that we are a good fit to work together in the most beneficial way!
Step 2 | Before The Session – You will be given a little bit of homework that will allow you the opportunity to share your story, your concerns, and your goals
Step 3 | During The Session – First, we will open the session by outlining our goals and desired outcome. Then the fun part! We get all sorts of messy and begin to do the work. Finally, we complete the session with a debrief and ensure you’re crystal clear on your action items. But wait, there’s more!
Step 4 | After The Session – We will connect again to follow up because even though the session is over, I know you’re still processing and things will shift (sometimes dramatically) so I want to be sure you have space to ask any additional questions and schedule another session if needed.
